Terms of service

Last updated: November 6, 2026. These terms govern the Pixel Shield browser extension and the web app at this domain, operated by Apex Infra LLC.

What Pixel Shield is

Pixel Shield is a software tool. The free extension detects identity-resolution pixels. The paid plans prepare deletion and opt-out requests, track replies, and produce a report. You remain the person making every request.

Your responsibilities

Plans and payment

Acceptable use of the extension

The extension is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Do not redistribute modified copies under our name. The broker detection rules are published for transparency and may be reused under the license in the repository.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Apex Infra LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms. Either way, the privacy policy's deletion timelines apply.

Governing law

Texas law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Travis County, Texas, unless your local consumer law gives you a different forum.

Changes

We will post updated terms here with a new date and email account holders about material changes.
